Access4You provides credible and detailed pieces of information for people with special needs (PSpN) about accessibility through certifying and rating various places, buildings, community spaces. We identify those locations, which these people will also use habitually, disclose information about them and if necessary propose development directions.

We consider wheelchair users, the handicapped, the elderly, young moms (pram users), deaf and hard-of-hearing people, the blind and the partially sighted and those living with cognitive deficits as people with special needs. The relatives and helpers of the PSpN are also part of the community.

As per the latest researches, PSpN amount to 15% of the society, they can be reached through Access4You. Since these people very rarely go out anywhere on their own, this number is ever more increasing.

As per the experiences and researches of Access4You, the diagnosis and disclosure of accessibility currently happens via voluntary declaration, which many times does not overlap with the reality needed for lifelike and optimal usage. Either there is no information available about accessibility or the information available is not credible and not detailed.

At Access4You we audit the locations, if needed make proposals about development, certify the ratio of accessibility: we classify buildings and locations according to basic, bronze, silver and gold ratings and provide European certification marks for those entitled.

We inform SpN users about the specific conditions of the certified and rated locations through the access4you.io platform, this way granting them access to credible and detailed pieces of information.

But pieces of information received about the physical, built environment are not enough, the human-human relation and cooperation also have to be shaped ‘credibly accessible’.

This is why the Access4You training programme has been implemented, the aim of which is that employees of the individual firms, organizations, who are in direct contact with people with special needs would also get to know the background of various needs, be able to appropriately communicate and help and be prepared for different situations occurring during the correspondence.

At Access4You we offer the possibility of an innovative and modern corporate social responsibility (CSR) to the organizations getting involved in the programme and providing information. In addition to the utility of certification being highly important for the handicapped, through asynergic marketing communication, in an indirect way we further increase the corporate visibility and perception of the given organization.
